These Suits were worn as an outer Garment over the Streetwear by the Crime Scene Investigators.
This should ease the assignment and the exclusion of foreign traces at the Crime Scene.
For this purpose, also special Footwear was issued, what was only used by the Volkspolizei.
The Profile couldn't be found on other Civil Shoes.
